Pinetop Country Club POA

Welcome to the Pinetop Country Club Property Owners Association, a White Mountain community in Pinetop, Arizona. The Board of Directors of the Pinetop Country Club Property Owners Association (PTCCPOA) Units I & II, made up from volunteers of your neighbors, is pleased to introduce you to your Association through our Web-Site.
Owners may always contact Board members directly if needed and are always welcome to attend the regular Board meetings as well.
Our Web-site is your one stop source to all the documents, notices and contact information to keep you informed and up to date on the activities within the Association. In addition to the Articles of Incorporation and Association By-Laws, it includes the all important Declarations of Restrictions (CC&R’s) for both units. It will familiarize you with the responsibilities of the Board and your obligations as Association members and property owners.
The requirements of the CC&R’s will be outlined further but essentially they require the following:
Clean the pine needles, dead limbs and trees from your lot by the beginning of summer
Apply for a permit if you make any changes to the existing footprint of your home or add any fencing.

Lot Clean-Up Information

Lot owners are required to maintain their lots in a fire safe manner. Entire lots must be raked and cleared of debris at least once each year no later than the end of the 1st week in June per the CC&Rs and PP&G. Properties that are not cleaned may be fined or corrective action taken to have the lot cleaned with the cost being billable to the lot owner. Below is a courtesy list of contractors in the area that can assist owners with lot clean-up.

Annual dues are payable each year no later than the 1st of June. You can mail your payment of either check or money order to the address listed below.

Dues for 2016: $50 per lot. (as approved at the 2013 Annual Meeting)

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting for the Property Owner's Association this year will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pinetop Country Club.  Many important issues regarding your community will be discussed and we would love to have you there.  If you have any questions please contact your Association Manager or one of your Board members.
