Lot Clean-Up Information
Lot owners are required to maintain their lots in a fire safe manner. Entire lots must be raked and cleared of debris at least once each year no later than the end of the 1st week in June per the CC&Rs and PP&G. Properties that are not cleaned may be fined or corrective action taken to have the lot cleaned with the cost being billable to the lot owner. Below is a courtesy list of contractors in the area that can assist owners with lot clean-up.

Annual Dues Information
Annual dues are payable each year no later than the 1st of June. You can mail your payment of either check or money order to the address listed below.
Dues for 2016: $50 per lot. (as approved at the 2013 Annual Meeting)
